I also noticed a problem with file locking:

lancelot:/home/knarf> elm

Error encountered while attempting to flock mailbox /var/spool/mail/knarf;
** no more files. **

elm is compiled with dotlock and fcntl and not with flock. It worked
fine with MiNT 1.12.2.
