gcc's inline functions



Is there a command-line switch to turn off gcc 2.5.x and up's inline
functions (like strlen, strcpy, etc) and use the ones in the library
instead?  I realise that this may hit performance somewhat (assuming
gcc does more aggressive assembly-level optimisation when using its own
functions), but I'm trying to track down a weird bug, and want to reduce
the chances of it being a compiler bug...
