After a long (and expensive - long-distance phone :-/) search I located
it on ftp.uni-stuttgart.de:/pub/systems/atari/MiNT/Gcc/bmgcc233p2b.zoo

Great, its a baserel/sharable version too :-) Then It will only be
read once from disk :-)))))

Now, if only z-modem could get finished, and I could get starting this
compilation....
