MiNT 1.10 re-sync

I've fallen behind in my collection, but it looks like Michael's got just
about everything that has appeared recently.

If not Michael, perhaps someone should step forward at this time and volunteer
to be the patch archiver?

As for ground rules - it seems to me that patches that are posted, which get no
follow-up comment, are accepted by everyone. Patches that appear to have
problems generally cause further discussion, followup patches, etc. Can we
assume that any patch that has been posted, that hasn't generated further
discussion, should be integrated into the "master tree" ?

Assuming that Eric is too busy to manage this re-sync, what are the
consequences of us arranging it anyway? Eric, can we send you a comprehensive
set of 1.10 patches and expect it to come back appropriately blessed as 1.11?
