ARGV/stderr/desktop

Hi all,

as far as I remember, the MiNT lib startup code assumes that standard
handle 2 is correctly set up if the program has been started with ARGV.

Isn't this a problem with MTOS' AES (there's a shel_write mode that
uses ARGV). Or does shel_write redirect handle 2 to the console, Eric?

Regards, Julian
