I'm looking for a reliable method to find the controlling tty of another
process (for my ps.ttp). The PROC structure has a FILEPTR for thatm but
it's in the undocumented area, and it's contents is undocumented, too.

What about an Fcnt PGETCTTY which returns dev and index of the controlling
tty (small change in procfs.c)? I've already added the few lines and
would like to have them in the release kernel, if there's no simpler way...
